Q.
What is Technical Analysis?
A. Technical Analysis is the study of ‘market
action’ primarily through use of Charts, for the purpose
of future price trends. The term Market Action includes
the three principal sources of information available to
Technical Analysts – price, volume and open interest
(Open Interest is used in Futures & Options).
There are three premises on which the Technical approach
is based:
1. Market action discounts everything
2. Prices move in trends
3. History repeats itself |

Q.
How Technical Analysis differs from Fundamental
Analysis?
A. While technical analysis concentrates on the
study of Market Action, fundamental analysis focuses on
the economic forces of supply and demand that causes
prices to move higher, lower or stay the same. The
fundamental approach examines all the relevant factors
affecting the price of a market to determine the
intrinsic value of that market. The Intrinsic value is
what the fundamentals indicate something is actually
worth based on the supply of law of supply and demand.
If this intrinsic value is under the current market
price, then the market is overpriced and should be sold.
If the market is below the intrinsic value, the market
is undervalued and should be bought.
Both these approaches to market forecasting attempt to
solve the same problem that is, to determine the
direction, prices are likely to move. They just approach
the problem from different directions. The
Fundamentalists studies the cause of the market movement
while the technical analyst studies the effect. |

Q.
What is
Financial Astrology?
A.
Like normal Astrology, Financial Astrology is used to
forecast Financial Markets i.e Stocks, Commodities,
Bonds, Currencies, Oil, Gold, Metals etc. Financial
Astrology or Astro-Cyclical Analysis can be as useful as
Technical Analysis in analyzing various markets with
complex planetary configurations. No one knows why
planets, their transits, aspects, conjunctions with
other planets or other complex configurations affect the
markets, but many past researchers have observed that
they do. Planets work because the market is basically
governed by swings in mass psychology. Just as the Moon
is known to influence tides and emotions, the other
solar-system bodies also do this in some subtle way.
Planets like Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus,
Saturn, Rahu and Ketu are know to govern and influence
sectors Public Sector, precious metals, Petroleum, Oil
and gas, Shipping, Automobile, Parma, Textile, FMCG,
Media, Sugar, Banking, Financial, Metal,
Telecommunication, mining, media, telecommunication,
electrical, Power and IT and support shares of their
sectors when astrologically well placed. |

Q. What
are Astro-Technical Indicators? |
|
| |
A. For Example a Stock gives Breakout from some
important Bullish Pattern setting some higher targets
and if it is supported by favourable Astrological
Planetary aspects, transits or other confugiration, we
take it as ‘Double Confirmation” from 2 difference
sciences and advise ‘Buying”. Similar situation is also
viewed in case of Bearish indications. In case of any
significant divergence between both sciences we prefer
not to advice trading in that stock.

Q.
What is ‘Overnight" Calls as offered by you in PLAN A ? |
|
| |
A.
Almost everyday, few stocks give some Bullish or Bearish
Breakout during the day with high volumes setting very
high Price Targets for coming days. Such stocks usually
give high returns on very next day as many analysts and
technicians recommend these stocks in their Newsletters
on next days. Such stocks get covered in media also
which generates immediate buying or selling interest
thus offering opportunity for making quick gains with
little risk. |

|
| |
Q.
Why use of Stop Loss is Mandatory in Stock Trading?
A. Apart from Technical Analysis, Stock Market is
influenced by many complex factors like Political/
Financial/ Fundamental/ Inflation/ Geo-Political/
Natural Calamities/ Government Policies and other Acts
of God. Therefore it may be unwise to take any price
recommendations for granted which is merely based on
Technical Analysis. Therefore never trade without ‘Stop
Loss Order’ however you may be sure of your success. In
one stroke it may wipe off all your capital (may be more
on Margin Trading) if anything goes wrong. Your ‘Stop
Loss’ order should be initiated along with your Buy/Sell
order without fail. |

Q.
At what time can we expect the Daily Newsletter?
A. Normally it would be sent between 0800 to 0930
on trading days because with the advancement of
technologies, all the Markets in the world are
influenced by many Geo-Political events in the world.
The fall in metal prices at LME in London or rise of Oil
Prices at OPEC, or rise of interest rates in US or Japan
can shake the world markets. To cover latest
developments in the world markets like NASDAQ, Dow
Jones, FTSE, Nikkei, Hang Sang, we will incorporate the
movement of these markets and send the Daily Newsletter
well before the opening of markets here. |
