Which means that subscriber pays once and until and unless subscriber makes gross gain of 200 Points of Nifty (including brokerage, fluctuations etc), subscription period does not expire. Subscriber can opt for 100% refund of Fees in case

A. Live Trading Calls for Nifty Futures will be provided through SMS with clear Entry Level, Stop Loss Level and Targets.
B. Each Trade will be monitored and follow-up calls will be provided, if required, to modify Stop Loss, book part/ full or early profit/ loss.
C. All the trading calls will be for Intraday Trading only unless and until call is initiated at the fag end of the trading session which necessitates carrying forward call to next day (BTST or STBT).
D. At the end of each day, profit/loss account of that particular day will be sent by SMS/ Email.
E. Subscription will continue until Subscriber makes gross 200 Points of Nifty (including brokerage, fluctuations, and unforeseen reasons)
F. Subscription will be over as soon as Subscriber makes Gross gain of 200 Points.
G. It must be noted that this is not a FIXED PERIOD subscription. It can end in 2-3 days to 30 days even.
H. Number of calls will also vary from No Call to 3-4 calls per day depending upon the volatility.
I. If due to any technical reasons, subscriber is not able to trade any call, he must inform by Email or SMS immediately within couple of hours.
J. 100% Refund will be made, if you are unable to make profit of 200 Points of Nifty (including brokerage, fluctuations, and unforeseen reasons) after deducting Taxes+ Service Charges, if any.
K. In case of any loss, liability of 5trades.com will be limited to Current Subscription of Rs8,000/- only (Rs Eigth Thousand Only) minus taxes & service charges if any.
L. Subscription will renewed automatically for 1 more month if we fail to provide gain of 200 points and we receive no claim for refund of subscription from the subscriber.
